Quevae currently offers shipping according to the options and terms displayed on our website and during checkout.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, fulfillment processing, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.
